Ce programme de Bourses pour artistes a pour objectif de faciliter les
échanges culturels et la coopération Sud-Sud et Nord-Sud, en favorisant la
mobilité des jeunes artistes par le biais des résidences internationales.
L'Institut International de Musique Electroacoustique de Bourges a établi
avec l'UNESCO une collaboration dans le cadre du programme des Bourses
Aschberg. L'IMEB recevra en 2009  2 compositeurs boursiers dont la durée du
séjour en résidence à Bourges (France) sera d'un mois.

artists in order to enrich their personal perspectives, to enable them to
engage in an intercultural dialogue and expose them to cultural diversity.**
