international croisant </span><span style="font-size: 12px; ">quelques expériences esthétiques d’envergure et </span><span style="font-size: 12px; ">des prospectives
scientifiques sur la </span><span style="font-size: 12px; ">notion de complexité qui traverse aujourd’hui de nombreux champs du
savoir. </span><span style="font-size: 12px; ">La
spécificité du symposium consiste à proposer des objets de réflexion communs –
œuvres musicales, littéraires, numériques, objets mathématiques, théories
scientifiques– comme autant d’entrées singulières vers la complexité.<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 12px; "></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; font-size: 10px; "><span style="font-size: 13px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 12px; ">Peut-on interroger les conditions
de la conception, de l’écriture, de la réalisation, de la réception sous
l’angle de la complexité dans le cinéma, la littérature, la peinture, l’architecture
comme dans la musique Les modèles scientifiques semblent nous enseigner en tout
cas que les systèmes qui captent notre intérêt sont “au bord du chaos”. C’est
en effet à la frontière de l’ordre et du chaos que les systèmes évoluent vers
des niveaux supérieurs d’organisation et que les attracteurs sont suffisemment
nombreux pour susciter un front d’innovation soutenu<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>tout en évitant — pour l’observateur — l’épuisement
cognitif inhérent à l’ordre ou au désordre total, tout en favorisant aussi des
possibilités d’appropriation progressive qui réduisent<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>à leur tour l’intensité de la surprise.
Si l’on admet que de telles propriétés sont effectivement recherchées, même de
manière purement intuitive, par les créateurs, on peut alors se demander s’il
n’existe pas un lien qui nouerait entre elles les stratégies temporelles du
compositeur, du cinéaste, de l’artiste numérique —stratégies par lesquelles est
orienté d’une certaine manière le temps subjectif du spectateur — et les
stratégies relatives à la complexité structurelle de l’œuvre. Dans cette
rencontre entre artistes et scientifiques, la relation au temps dépasse le
cadre local des stratégies opératiques. Pour Prigogine, les bifurcations
cristallisent l’histoire du système. Au sein de toutes les formes et processus
de<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>la matière ou du vivant se
trouvent capturés des points de bifurcation constituant une chronologie de
l’évolution des systèmes et de leurs interactions anciennes avec le milieu.
Pour l’artiste se trouve aussi posé le problème du choix et de la délégation du
