<p>As bolsas buscam atingir os objetivos da “Convenção sobre a Proteção e
 Promoção da Diversidade das Expressões Culturais”, assinada em Paris em
 2005. A convenção defende as interações constantes entre os povos para 
fomentar a criatividade e atender a necessidade de enriquecimento 
artístico por meio do contato com outras culturas.</p>
<p>As bolsas financiam residências em diversas instituições em vários 
lugares do mundo. As solicitações de bolsas devem ser efetuadas 
diretamente a instituição pretendida.</p>
