Engenharia elétrica com ênfase em Luminotécnica, desde 1987, adquiriu os graus
de Mestre em 1995 e Doutor em 2001, com o desenvolvimento de trabalhos de grande
<SPAN>relevância sobre</SPAN> a questão da iluminação pública. A tese de
doutorado defendida por Eduardo Manzano, em 2001, foi resultado de uma longa e
detalhada pesquisa para a definição de uma nova metodologia para avaliação de
sistemas de iluminação pública. Ele é representante da Faculdade de Ciências
Exatas e Tecnologia da Universidade Nacional de Tucumã, na Argentina, no comitê
de Normas IRAM - AADL para a elaboração da norma técnica <SPAN>argentina</SPAN>
sobre iluminação pública. Atualmente vem desenvolvendo atividades acadêmicas,
pesquisa e consultoria nessa área.</SPAN></FONT></P>

energia reativa; qualidade do fornecimento de energia. <B><SPAN

abordando </SPAN></B><SPAN>o</SPAN> ciclo de vida das instalações; custo anual
equivalente e custo financeiro; relação Benefício x Custo das Instalações.
