We are delighted to invite you to submit a paper to the 40th Annual EAIR
Forum, which is to be hosted by the *Central European University
<https://www.ceu.edu/>* Budapest, Hungary. The theme of the 2018 EAIR
Budapest Forum is *“**COMPETITION, COOPERATION AND COMPLEMENTARITY IN
HIGHER EDUCATION**”*. The Forum will be held in the main campus of the
Central European University, in the very center of Budapest from 26 till 29
August 2018.
