R. (Jack) Boulet, PhD, is Vice President for Research and Data Resources,
for both the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)
and the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and
Research (FAIMER), and act as co-Chair of the ECFMG Internal Research and
Data Review Committee. He is also a faculty member in the Master of Science
in Medical and Healthcare Simulation program at Drexel University College
of Medicine. He holds a BSc in mathematics from the University of Western
Ontario and both an MA and PhD in education, specializing in measurement
and evaluation, from the University of Ottawa. He is a senior scholar at
the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Medicine, an adjunct
Professor at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services
University.

Professor, Dept. of Family Medicine, McGill, Canada

Dr. Yvonne Steinert is a clinical psychologist and Professor of Family
Medicine. She is also the Director of the Centre for Medical Education and
the Richard and Sylvia Cruess Chair in Medical Education. Her educational
interests relate to evidence-based practices in teaching and learning in
medicine, the impact of faculty development on the individual and the
organization, faculty identity and the continuing professional development
of faculty members.
