BGSU is hosting the Third Annual TEACHING MUSIC HISTORY DAY on Oct. 15
featuring guest speaker, Professor Peter Burkholder (Indiana). If you
would like to present a paper or serve on a panel (A Practical Approach 
to "Canon Blasting") please send a short abstract to Mary Natvig
(mnatvig em bgnet.bgsu.edu) before Sept. 20. For more information please
contact me as well. (Prof. Burkholder will also be speaking at our BGSU
Music History/Ethno Colloquium on Oct. 14 at 3:30 to which you are all
invited.)
