[ANPPOM-L] CFP: conference on music performance analysis, Lucerne

Dear colleagues


The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts organizes a conference
on music performance analysis in July 2009. This conference will be held
during the annual meeting of the International Association of Schools of
Jazz (IASJ) at Lucerne (Switzerland). There will be two scientific
symposia: A first symposium (July 1, 2009) will discuss the jazz standard
"Body & Soul" and some of its recordings. A second symposium (July 2, 2009)
will address methodological questions connected to the analysis of recorded
music. This second symposium is not restricted to jazz research, any musical
genre is welcome. All papers will be held in English.
