Um amigo canadense pediu que divulgasse em listas acadêmicas o estúdio que
ele está alugando em Paris para pesquisadores e universitários.

Rue des Martyrs

Located at the foot of Montmartre in the 9e arrondissement, one of the most
fashionable and lively districts of Paris.

Not far from the Opéra and the Galeries Lafayette, the studio is located
just a few minutes by foot from the Roissybus (the bus service linking the
Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Opéra District). Also by foot, you can
easily reach three train stations : the Gare Saint-Lazare (Normandy...), the
Gare du Nord (North of France, Belgium, the Nederlands...), and the Gare de
l’Est (East of France, Germany...)

Directly next to the metro stop Notre-Dame-de-Lorette on line 12. Also near
stations Cadet and Le Pelletier on line 7. There are also many bus lines in
the neighbourhood.

WI-FI connection.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, a vegetable steamer, a
small fridge, a coffee pot, a kettle, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils,
etc. There is also an iron and ironing board available.

The sofa bed comes with sheets, blankets, etc.

For the corner shower, there are towels and a hair-dryer.

The toilet is shared with four other studios.

All inclusive charges        Week : 250 €

Longer stays : 700 €/Month
