Some news concerning Volume! (to unsubscribe, please follow the link at the

1. Countercultures

The first issue of the French edition of "Popular Music and Countercultures"
is now out and online. Table of contents (with texts by Sheila Whiteley,
Andy
Bennett, Simon Warner, Giovanni Vacca, etc.):

An English version of this issue will be published, with new papers, in 2013
by Ashgate.

2. Toronto

Volume! is part of the Digital Publishing in the Humanities Conference in
Toronto. I will be representing the journal there, from Wednesday to
Saturday,
if eventually anyone wanted to talk about a collaboration of any kind
between
Canada and France in the popular music studies field.
