EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS AND WORKS

The Submission deadline for papers, works and for registration for ICMC
2013 has
been extended until the 28th of February 2013.

The International Computer Music Conference (ICMC) has been the major
international medium for the presentation of technical and musical research,
both musical and theoretical, interrelated to the use of computers in music.
ICMC travels the globe annually, and will be held in Australia for the first
time this year.

The conference theme for 2013 is IDEA – International Developments in
ElectroAcoustics. We encourage the submission of papers examining any topic
related to computer music and digital audio, including: aesthetic,
compositional, educational, musicological, perceptual, scientific and
technical
aspects. Only completed papers and creative works will be considered.

Producer of the conference this year is Tura New Music, in association with
The
International Computer Music Association, Edith Cowan University and The
Australasian Computer Music Association.

The Conference will be based in the Perth Cultural Centre in venues
including
The Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts, The State Library of WA and The
Western Australian Museum.
